Training
Equity and Inclusion Training and Workshops -- ICC provides engaging training to cultivate a more inclusive professional, academic, and social environment. Our services are tailored to the specific needs of your organization based on information shared through direct consultant and client communication. Analysis and Outreach
Many progressive organizations lament their "diversity problem"-- a lack of representation of varied cultures and perspectives in their staff and leadership. ICC can help you examine what structural or institutional barriers might be preventing your organization from recruiting and retaining talented people from diverse backgrounds, and what steps your organization can take to break down those barriers.
Education
ICC offers curriculum development services for educational organizations and programs that seek to elevate equity and inclusion within their educational communities. Our curriculum development support helps students, faculty, and staff co-create learning environments that foster greater engagement, creativity, and personal and group growth. Our services are offered in both traditional classroom settings and in the field through place-based experiential education.
Media and Technology
Through a variety of creative mediums, the ICC team is promoting awareness of community strengths and social deficits with regard to equity and inclusion. One of the ways we share these stories is through electronic media and art. Allow our staff to support your organization's endeavor with film, radio, photography, writing, and comic production.
